Polestar Circuit Classes offer a unique blend of a private session feel with the energy and convenience of a group setting. In these intimate, small-group classes, participants rotate through various Pilates stations, experiencing the benefits of each piece of equipment. You’ll enjoy the personalized attention of a private session while benefiting from the shared energy of a small group.
Polestar Circuit Classes are designed to provide a full Pilates experience within an intimate group format. Each class features rotating stations, where participants move between two pieces of equipment per station, working through carefully planned exercises. Each station includes exercise cards that lay out specific movements based on your ability, ensuring a customized workout for every participant.
These classes are ideal for those who enjoy private sessions but are looking for a way to extend their practice in a small group setting. With the expert guidance of our instructors, you’ll be able to safely and effectively work through a range of Pilates exercises, designed to challenge and strengthen your body.
Each circuit class has an intimate group of participants, where everyone rotates through the various Pilates stations, spending a few minutes at each one. The setup allows you to use all major Pilates equipment—reformers, trapeze tables, chairs, barrels, and more—offering a comprehensive, full-body workout in just one session.
The small group size ensures that you still receive personalized attention, while the rotation format keeps the workout engaging and dynamic. You’ll experience all of the equipment in one session, moving through each exercise at your own pace.
